2. The games are free

Zen Sketch, Night Bloom, and any future games are offered free of charge for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No purchase, account, or subscription is required.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Copy, resell, rebrand, or redistribute the games or site content as your own.
Attempt to hack, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise disrupt the site or its servers.
Embed the games on another site in a way that removes credit to Visual Sketches / Rajat Pandit.
Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, game code, characters, music, and design on this site are created by and belong to Rajat Pandit / Visual Sketches, unless otherwise stated. You’re welcome to share links to the games and to post short clips crediting @visualsketches. You may not claim the work as your own or use it commercially without written permission.

5. Playing responsibly

These games are designed to help you pause and relax — they are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical tools, and they are not a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.

6. “As-is” & availability

The games and site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may add, change, or retire games at any time.
